摘　　要：随着鼻整形手术越来越普遍的开展,鼻部解剖已成为国内外的研究热点。东西方不同人种、不同民族鼻部解剖存在显著差异,正确认识及评估各民族鼻部解剖的特征对优化手术效果、减少手术并发症有重要意义。该文重点从解剖层次和结构分区两个方面论述了东西方人种鼻部解剖的差异。Rhinoplasty is becoming increasingly more common,and the study of nasal anatomy is more important among plastic surgeons in many countries.There are significant variations in nasal anatomy in different races and ethnicities.A correct understanding and evaluation of the characteristics of nasal anatomy in each ethnic group plays an important role in optimizing the surgical result and decreasing the postoperative complications.This review focuses on the differences in nasal anatomy between Eastern and Western populations,and analysis them in anatomical layer and nasal subunit.
