摘  要:以"先玉335"玉米种子为试验材料,探索含腐植酸褐煤的浸提液浸种对Na_(2)CO_(3)胁迫下玉米种子发芽的影响。结果表明,利用蒸馏水浸种的种子发芽率随着Na_(2)CO_(3)浓度的升高而逐渐降低,75 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)下发芽受到严重抑制,发芽率不足50%。适宜浓度的含腐植酸褐煤浸提液浸种对Na_(2)CO_(3)的这种抑制作用起到了有效的缓解,煤水比为6∶100(g∶mL)的浸提液浸种效果最佳,发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均显著提高,相对损害率显著降低,胚芽和胚根的生长能力均显著增强。可见,含腐植酸褐煤的浸提液浸种能够有效缓解Na_(2)CO_(3)胁迫迫害,提高玉米种子抗性,促进发芽。Using "Xianyu335" maize seeds as experimental materials,the effect of seeds soaking with extract of lignite containing humic acid on the germination of maize seeds under Na_(2)CO_(3) stress was studied.The results showed that the germination rate of seeds soaked in distilled water decreased gradually with the increase of Na_(2)CO_(3) concentration,and the germination rate was less than 50% under 75 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3).The inhibition of Na_(2)CO_(3) was effectively alleviated by soaking seeds with suitable concentration of extract solution of lignite containing humic acid.The germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index were significantly increased,the growth ability of embryo and radicle was significantly enhanced,while the relative damage rate was significantly decreased.The favorite ratio of extract solution with coal water was 6∶100 (g∶mL).In conclusion,seeds soaking with the extract solution of lignite containing humic acid could alleviate Na_(2)CO_(3) stress,improve maize seeds resistance and promote germination.
