摘　　要：利用微生物对海藻进行发酵分解把其中的有效成分完全溶解出来,通过与腐植酸配伍,强化其他营养成分和微量元素,制成含腐植酸型海藻生物肥。与化学肥料相比,含腐植酸型海藻生物肥富含高浓度活性氨基酸、多肽、天然植物激素前体物和甜菜碱,并通过调理作物体内的激素和营养平衡,增强其免疫力,使作物健康生长,从而提高产量和品质等优势,成为肥料制造领域的热门产品。本研究通过开展田间示范,评价了含腐植酸型海藻生物肥对设施黄瓜生长、产量及品质的影响。黄瓜的生长指标数据显示,该产品处理对黄瓜的株高和茎粗均有一定的促进作用,尤其是对生长前期的株高和生长中期的茎粗促进作用更明显,但对黄瓜的叶绿素作用不明显。黄瓜的品质指标数据显示,使用该产品的处理对硝酸盐含量有降低作用,降低率为23.60%,可溶性糖提高了9.33%,黄瓜产量显著提高14.40%,值得推广。The effective components in the seaweed were completely dissolved out by using microorganisms to ferment and decompose the seaweed.The seaweed biofertilizer that combined with humic acid to strengthen other nutrients and micronutrient was made.Compared with chemical fertilizer,the seaweed biofertilizer containing humic acid is rich in high concentration of active amino acid,polypeptide,natural plant hormone precursor and betaine,which can enhance the immunity of crops by regulating the hormone and nutrition balance in plant,so as to make the crops grow healthily and improve its yield and quality,therefore,it has become a hot product in the field of fertilizer manufacture.The effects of seaweed biofertilizer containing humic acid on yield and quality of greenhouse cucumber were evaluated through field demonstration.The growth index data showed that the application of seaweed biofertilizer containing humic acid could increase the plant height in the early growth stage and the stem diameter of cucumber in the middle growth stage,while the effect on cucumber chlorophyll was not obvious.The quality index data of cucumber showed that the nitrate content was decreased by 23.60%,the soluble sugar and yield was increased by 9.33%,14.40%.So that it is worth spreading.
