摘 要:以邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAP)作为不饱和树脂(UPR)交联剂替代苯乙烯,制备了不饱和聚酯基片状模塑料(SMC)。通过示差扫描量热分析,拉伸性能、弯曲强度、冲击韧性和收缩率测试以及扫描电镜分析研究了DAP含量对SMC性能的影响,DAP改性SMC的玻璃化行为并建立了最佳DAP增韧体系的固化动力学方程。研究表明:随着DAP用量增加,SMC模塑收缩率以及玻璃化温度逐渐降低,收缩率最小达到0.22%,与纯苯乙烯树脂基SMC相比下降了51.1%。力学性能随DAP用量增加先上升后下降,当不饱和树脂中DAP质量分数为20.0%时,制备的SMC的综合性能最佳。The unsaturated polyester-based sheet molding compound(SMC)was prepared using diallyl phthalate(DAP)as an unsaturated resin(UPR)crosslinking agent instead of styrene. The effect of DAP content on the performance of SMC and vitrification behavior of DAP modified SMC were investigated by DSC analysis,testings of tensile properties,flexural strength,impact toughness and shrinkage,and SEM analysis. The curing kinetics equation of the best DAP toughening system was established.The research showed that SMC molding shrinkage and glass transition temperature were gradually decreased with the increase of DAP amount. The minimum shrinkage rate was 0.22%,which was 51.1% lower than that of pure styrene resin-based SMC. The mechanical properties were firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of DAP amount. When the mass fraction of DAP in the unsaturated resin was 20.0%,the overall performance of the prepared SMC was the best.
