摘　　要：心脏淀粉样变(cardiac amyloidosis, CA)是指大量淀粉样物质在心肌组织、细胞间质及血管周围中沉积,导致心肌功能紊乱的一种限制型心肌病,临床表现无特异性,病程进展迅速,预后差。超声心动图具有无创、简便、实时等优势,多普勒超声心动图、斑点追踪技术、无创心肌做功指数等超声技术在CA的临床诊断和预后评估中有重要作用。本文就超声心动图诊断CA的研究进展作一综述。Cardiac amyloidosis is a kind of restrictive cardiomyopathy, which is caused by the deposition of a large amount of amyloid in myocardial tissue, intercellular substance and perivascular. The clinical characteristics are non-specific, the disease is progressing rapidly and the prognosis is poor. Echocardiography is non-invasive, simple and real-time, while Doppler echocardiography, speckle tracking imaging and non-invasive myocardial work index play an important role in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of patients with cardiac amyloidosis. This paper reviews the research progress of echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis.
