摘　　要：心脏淀粉样变早期诊断困难,预后不佳,心脏磁共振作为一种无创性影像学检查方法,具有软组织对比度高、可重复性好等优势,可一站式完成对心脏结构、运动、组织学特性的全面检查,可为心脏淀粉样变的早期诊断、危险分层及预后评估提供重要信息。本文就心脏磁共振在心脏淀粉样变中应用的研究进展作一综述。Early diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis is difficult and the prognosis is poor. As a non-invasive imaging examination method, cardiac MRI has the advantages of high soft tissue contrast and good repeatability, and it can complete a comprehensive examination of the cardiac structure, movement and histological characteristics in "one-stop shop", and can provide important basis for the early diagnosis, risk stratification and prognosis.This paper reviews the research progress of the application of cardiac MRI in cardiac amyloidosis.
