摘　　要：目的研究真实世界喜炎平注射液治疗细菌性痢疾的联合用药规律,为细菌性痢疾临床诊疗提供优化方案。方法从全国29家医院信息系统(HIS)数据库中提取使用喜炎平注射液治疗细菌性痢疾的患者信息,采用Tabu搜索算法及复杂网络分析联合用药规律并将其可视化。结果喜炎平注射液治疗细菌性痢疾常与西药抗菌类、解热镇痛类、维生素类、止咳祛痰类,中药清热燥湿、止痢止痛类药物联用,其中联用频次最高的西药为头孢米诺,中药为复方黄连素片。核心联合用药方案中不仅有针对病因治疗、对症治疗,还有对合并症的治疗。结论喜炎平注射液治疗细菌性痢疾具有较好的临床疗效,联合用药方案的建立可为临床治疗提供一定的借鉴。Objective To explore the law of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of bacillary dysentery in the real world,and to provide an optimal scheme for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bacillary dysentery.Methods The information of patients with bacillary dysentery treated with Xiyanping injection is extracted from 29 hospital information system(HIS)databases in China.Tabu search algorithm and complex network are used to analyze and visualize the rule of drug combination.Results Xiyanping injection is often used in combination with antibiotics,antipyretic and analgesic drugs,vitamins,cough and expectorant drugs,traditional Chinese medicine to clear heat and dampness,dysentery and pain,among which cefminol is the most frequently used western medicine and compound berberine tablet is the traditional Chinese medicine.The core drug combination plan includes not only etiological treatment,symptomatic treatment,but also the treatment of complications.Conclusion Xiyanping injection has a good clinical effect in the treatment of bacillary dysentery.The establishment of the combined drug regimen can provide some reference for clinical treatment.
