基于“一带一路”的辽宁沿海经济带港口城市发展对策

摘　　要："一带一路"倡议拓展沿海地区对外开放合作与经济发展。辽宁沿海经济带各港口及腹地城市是融入"一带一路"倡议向北开放的重要窗口。"一带一路"倡议对辽宁沿海经济带港口城市发展既是机遇又是挑战。为加快辽宁沿海经济带港口城市发展,提升其综合竞争力,针对"一带一路"倡议对辽宁沿海经济带港口城市发展的影响,提出了辽宁沿海经济带港口城市发展对策。The“One Belt, One Road”initiative expands coastal areas’ opening up, cooperation and economic development. The ports and hinterland cities in the Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt are important windows for integrating into the "Belt and Road" initiative and opening to the north. The "One Belt One Road" initiative is both an opportunity and a challenge for the development of port cities in the Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt. In order to speed up the development of port cities in the Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness, in view of the impact of the "One Belt One Road" initiative on the development of port cities in the Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone, the development countermeasures for port cities in the Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone are proposed.
