摘　　要：人类的肠道微生物组是一个极其复杂的微生态系统,数量庞大,种类繁多,微生物和人体共同进化成一个复杂的超级有机体,在人类的健康和疾病中起着至关重要的作用。然而这种密切的共生关系在给人体带来益处的同时,也增加了疾病发生的风险。肠道微生物参与营养物质的消化、吸收、代谢等活动,并且能与免疫系统相互作用,提供信号来促进免疫细胞的成熟和免疫功能的正常发育,而免疫系统又是调节肿瘤的主导力量。因此,近年来越来越多的研究表明,肠道菌群与肿瘤的发生发展息息相关,而以系统科学为宗旨的中医中药通过调节肠道菌群从而增强免疫作用达到抗肿瘤的功效也极具研究价值。本文就肠道微生物组与免疫组共生微生态系统交联对话对肿瘤的影响和中医药系统化干预肿瘤进程等方面进行综述。The human gut microbiome is an extremely complex microecosystem with rich and diverse microorganisms. Microorganisms have co-evolved with the human body to form a complex superorganism, playing a key role in human health and diseases. This close symbiosis brings benefits as well as increased risk of diseases. Gut microorganisms are involved in the digestion, absorption, and metabolism of nutrients and can interact with the immune system to provide signals to promote the maturity of immune cells and the normal development of immune function which is the dominant force in regulating tumors. More and more studies have demonstrated that gut microbiome is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the anti-tumor effect of system science-based traditional Chinese Medicine which regulates gut microbiome to enhance immune functions. This study reviewed the studies about the influences of gut microbiome and immune repertoires on tumors and the systematic intervention of traditional Chinese Medicine in tumor progression.
