科技期刊编辑职业倦怠、职业应激及职业生命质量的关系研究

摘　　要：目的调查科技期刊编辑职业倦怠、职业应激及生命质量的现状及关系,探讨职业应激对职业生命质量的直接和间接效应。方法 2019年4月采用自填问卷法收集146名科技期刊编辑的资料,包括采用职业应激量表修订版(occupational stress inventory revised edition,OSI-R)简化量表、职业倦怠量表(maslach burnout inventory,MBI)和职业生命质量量表(quality of working life,QWL7-32)测量调查对象的职业应激、职业倦怠和职业生命质量情况。结果科技期刊编辑职业倦怠程度以轻度为主(61.0%,89人),职业生命质量中等者最多,占65.8%(96人)。职业生命质量与任务负担呈负相关,职业生命质量与身心紧张呈负相关,与社会支持呈正相关(均P<0.01)。职业应激中紧张反应和社会支持对职业生命质量的影响较大,总效应值分别为-0.512和0.439。结论科技期刊编辑中轻度职业倦怠最多,职业生命质量以中等为主。职业应激与职业倦怠均可影响科技期刊编辑的职业生命质量。Objective To investigate the status and relationship of occupational burnout,occupational stress and occupational life quality of sci-tech journal editors,explore the direct and indirect effects of occupational stress on occupational quality of life.Methods In April 2019,a self-filled questionnaire method was used to collect data from 146 scientific journal editors,including the use of the occupational stress inventory revised edition(OSI-R),Maslach burnout inventory(MBI)and quality of working life(QWL7-32)for research on the occupational stress,occupational burnout and occupational life quality of survey subjects. Results The degree of occupational burnout of sci-tech journal editors was mainly mild(61.0%,89 people),and the people with moderate quality occupational life accounted for 65.8%(96 people). Occupational life quality was negatively correlated with task burden and physical and mental stress,but positively correlated with social support(all P<0.01). In occupational stress,stress response and social support had a greater impact on the quality of occupational life,and the total effect values were-0.512 and 0.439,respectively. Conclusion Most of editors of sci-tech journals have the occupational burnout and moderate occupational life quality.Both occupational stress and occupational burnout can affect the occupational life quality.
