体医融合文化视域下建成环境与积极老龄化的关系

摘　　要：健康的建成环境有助于老年群体积极参与体育锻炼和社会工作,优美安全的户外环境可以通过促进积极锻炼,改善老年生理和心理健康状况,从而促进积极老龄化进程。我们通过综述国内外相关研究,探讨体医融合视域下建成环境与积极老龄化的关系。A healthy built environment helps the elderly to actively participate in physical exercise and social work,and a beautiful and safe outdoor environment can improve the physical and mental health of the elderly by promoting active exercise,thereby promoting the active aging process. Through a review of domestic and foreign studies,we explore the relationship between the built environment and active aging from the perspective of the integration of sports and medicine.
