脑垂体后叶素与酚妥拉明联合应用方案治疗支气管扩张咯血的临床疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:分析脑垂体后叶素与酚妥拉明联合应用方案治疗支气管扩张咯血的临床疗效及安全性,为临床医师选择合理用药方案提供参考。方法:选择2018年7月至2019年12月康平县人民医院收治的90例支气管扩张咯血患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,随机将其分为两组,对照组和观察组(每组45例)。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用脑垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗,比较两组的临床治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率和恢复情况。结果:观察组的临床总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%,P<0.05;观察组的不良反应率为8.88%,略高于对照组(6.66%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的咯血持续时间、住院时间短于对照组,咯血量少于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在支气管扩张咯血患者治疗中,垂体后叶素与酚妥拉明联合应用方案的临床效果理想,可缩短治疗时间,安全性理想。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of pituitrin combined with phentolamine in the treatment of bronchiectasis and hemoptysis,so as to provide reference for clinicians to choose rational drug use.Methods:A total of 90 patients with hemoptysis due to bronchiectasis admitted to Kangping People's Hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method:control group and observation group(45 cases in each group).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with pituitrin combined with phentolamine on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and recovery of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,higher than 82.22%of the control group,P<0.05;the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 8.88%,slightly higher than 6.66%of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05;the duration of hemoptysis and hospitalization duration of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of hemoptysis was less than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of hemoptysis patients with bronchiectasis,pituitrin combined with phentolamine has ideal clinical effect,can shorten the treatment time and ideal safety.
