优质护理对慢性肾功能衰竭患者的效果观察及SAS评分的影响评价

摘　　要：目的:分析优质护理对慢性肾功能衰竭患者的效果观察及SAS评分的影响。方法:选取2018年7月至2019年8月本院收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者72例,将其按照随机法分组,其中接受常规护理的36例设为参照组,接受优质护理的36例设为观察组,分析这两组的护理效果。结果:从护理前的SAS评分以及SDS评分上看,观察组与参照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);从护理后的SAS评分以及SDS评分上看,观察组明显低于参照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);从对护理的满意度上看,观察组明显优于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性肾功能衰竭患者实施优质护理具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on patients with chronic renal failure and SAS score.Methods:72 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.36 patients receiving routine nursing care were set as the reference group,and 36 patients receiving high-quality nursing were set as the observation group.Results:From the SAS score and SDS score before nursing,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the reference group(P>0.05);from the SAS score and SDS score after nursing,the observation group was significantly lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);from the nursing satisfaction,the observation group was significantly better than the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high quality nursing for patients with chronic renal failure has high clinical application value.
