探讨新鲜全血在血液分析仪比对试验中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨新鲜全血在血液分析仪比对试验中的价值。方法:以完成抗凝的新鲜全血标本作为样本,对其进行重复性与对比性试验,观察迈瑞Bc5300、Sys-mex XS800i两台血液分析仪精密度与相关性及偏差性。结果:1)精密度:两种仪器测定PTL(血小板)、Hb(血红蛋白)、WBC(白细胞)、RBC(红细胞)、MCV(红细胞平均体积)精密度均在允许误差的1/4内;2)相关性及偏差性:迈瑞Bc5300、Sys-mex XS800i两台血液分析仪一致性较高,相关系数大于0.95,同时,其偏差范围在1/2内。结论:定期进行对血液分析仪进行新鲜全血对比试验,能够及时发现仪器之间误差性,进而促进临床检测结果准确度提升。Objective:To explore the value of fresh whole blood in the comparison test of blood analyzer.Methods:Fresh whole blood samples with anticoagulation were taken as samples,and the repeatability and contrast tests were carried out to observe the precision,correlation and deviation of Mindray bc5300 and sys mex XS800i.Results:1)Precision:the precision of PTL(platelet),HB(hemoglobin),WBC(white blood cell),RBC(red blood cell)and MCV(average red blood cell volume)measured by the two instruments were within one fourth of the allowable error;2)Correlation and deviation:The correlation coefficient of Mindray Bc5300 and Sysmex XS800i is higher than 0.95,and the deviation range is within half.Conclusion:Regular fresh whole blood contrast test on blood analyzer can timely detect the error between instruments,and then promote the accuracy of clinical test results.
