摘 要:我国地下水资源一直以来呈现分布不均匀、由东南向西北逐渐减少的特征。吉林省作为我国东北地区中度缺水的省份,始终面临着地下水资源分布不均匀与生产力布局不匹配的情况,如何提升吉林省水资源安全保障水平,遏制地下水污染的进一步扩散是当前面临的重大课题。为此,深入分析了吉林省地下水污染源分布、污染源种类,以及在地下水污染防治过程中存在的诸多问题,并结合实际调研,针对研究区具体情况从完善地下水环境监测网络、完善地下水污染治理和运行机制、提升地下水污染防治意识和多方协同治理等方面提出了一系列改善措施,以解决目前面临的水资源问题以及地下水污染问题,并以此为全省水资源管理和地下水污染的防治提供借鉴思路。Groundwater resources in China have been distributed unevenly and gradually decreased from southeast to northwest.Jilin Province,as a province with moderate water shortage in Northeast China,has always been faced with the uneven distribution of groundwater resources and the mismatch of the distribution of productivity.How to improve the level of water resources security in Jilin Province and curb the further spread of groundwater pollution is currently a major issue.This paper deeply analyzed the distribution of groundwater pollution sources and types of pollution sources in Jilin Province and understood many problems existing in the process of groundwater pollution prevention and control.Combined with actual investigations,a series of improvement measures are formulated to solve the current water resource problems and groundwater pollution problems from monitoring network,improving the groundwater pollution control and operation mechanism,and improving groundwater pollution prevention and control awareness and multi-party coordinated governance,etc.It provides reference for the water resources management and the prevention and control of groundwater pollution.
