摘　　要：随着城市化进程的快速推进,水资源成为中国经济、社会及生态环境可持续发展的重要限制性因素。为全面客观评价城市化进程中水资源利用状况,揭示水资源利用过程中的驱动因子,构建了水足迹结构、可持续性、效益指标体系,定量分析了银川市2010~2019年水足迹,并依据LMDI模型探讨了经济、技术和人口等驱动因素对水足迹变化的影响程度。结果显示:①农业水足迹总体平稳增长,其中,种植业水足迹总体小幅下降,养殖业水足迹持续增长;②银川市总水足迹呈增加趋势,人均水足迹波动变化,水资源自给率波动上升,且常年高于95.0%,对内部水资源依赖度较高,水资源利用状态不稳定,水足迹土地密度与总水足迹变化趋势一致;③技术效应为关键性驱动因素,其次是经济效应驱动,人口效应驱动最弱。为此,提出了银川市在今后发展中需高度重视经济发展和人口增长对水资源的消耗,优化升级产业结构,重视发展节水技术创新,转变水资源消费理念、消费结构及其开发利用方式,从而实现水资源可持续发展。With rapid progress of urbanization,water resources have become an important restrictive factor for sustainable development of economy,society and ecological environment in China.In order to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the utilization of water resources utilization in the process of urbanization,and reveal driving factors in the process of water resources utilization,this paper constructs the index system including water footprint structure,sustainability and benefit,and quantitatively analyzes the water footprint in Yinchuan City from 2010 to 2019.Based on LMDI model,this paper discusses the effect degree of driving factors such as economy,technology and population on the change of water footprint.The results showed that:①The overall agricultural water footprint increased steadily,among which the water footprint of planting industry decreased slightly and the water footprint of aquaculture industry continued to grow;②The total water footprint of Yinchuan City shows an increasing trend;the per capita water footprint fluctuates;the self-sufficiency rate of water resources fluctuates,and it is higher than 95.0%perennially.The dependence on internal water resources is high,and the utilization of water resources is unstable.The land density of water footprint is consistent with the trend of total water footprint;③Technological effect plays a decisive driving factor,followed by economic effect.Population effect is the weakest.In the future development,Yinchuan City should attach great importance to the consumption of water resources by economic development and population growth,continuously optimize and upgrade the industrial structure,attach importance to the development of water-saving technology innovation,and change consumption concepts,consumption structures and development and utilization mode of water resources,so as to realize sustainable development of water resources.
