摘  要:采用酸中和沉淀法对工业碱木素进行了纯化,以提高碱木素的纯度及得率。采用红外光谱和核磁共振等方法对纯化后的工业碱木素结构进行了测试表征,并对其主要元素含量、水分、灰分及羟基等进行了测试分析。结果表明:纯化碱木素的分子式可大致用C_(12.13)H_(13.08)O_(6.42)表示,其水分含量和灰分含量均较低,且其分子中的酚羟基含量相对较高,说明碱木素的纯化有利于后续的化学改性,从而扩大其应用范围。In order to improve the purity and yield of alkali lignin,the acid neutralization precipitation method was used to purify the industrial alkali lignin in this article.The structure of the purified industrial alkali lignin was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR),and the elemental analysis,moisture,ash and hydroxyl were analyzed.The results show that the molecular formula of purified alkali lignin can be estimated to be C_(12.13)H_(13.08)O_(6.42),and the moisture and ash content of purified alkali lignin are low.The content of phenolic hydroxyl group in the molecule is relatively high,which indicates that the purification of alkali lignin is beneficial to the subsequent chemical modification,so as to expand its application range.
