摘 要:[目的]了解香蕉抗逆境生理机制的研究进展,为研究香蕉抗逆性提供参考。[方法]通过文献检索,从抗病性、抗旱性和抗寒性三方面对香蕉的抗逆境生理机制进行了综述。[结果]在逆境下,香蕉通过复杂的基因调控改变光合作用系统、代谢系统、细胞膜系统和酶系统的功能,促使防御酶系活性增加、活性氧迸发、酚类合成及氧化、木质素积累等,形成相应的防御机制。[结论]加强抗逆境机制研究,可为香蕉抗逆性品种的选育、抗逆性栽培方法及抗病药剂的研发提供依据,对香蕉产业的可持续发展具有指导意义。[Purpose]To comprehend research progress on the physiological mechanism of banana in response to stress and provide reference for the study of banana resistance.[Method]Through literature search,how the physiological system of banana adjusted to cope with stresses such as disease,drought and cold were summarized.[Result]Under stress condition,banana developed a complex gene regulatory system and altered the functions of photosynthesis,metabolic system,cell membrane system and enzyme system,resulting in improved defensive enzymatic activities,enhanced burst of reactive oxygen species,synthesis of phenolic substances and lignin accumulation,which constituted an integrated defense mechanism.[Conclusion]Comprehensive studies on the physiological changes of banana in response to stress resistance provide theoretical basis for the breeding of resistant variety,optimized cultivation method,and development of anti-bacterial agent.
