摘  要:提出了一种混合教与学优化(HTLBO)算法,用于求解优化目标为最大化平均客户满意度的模糊柔性作业车间调度问题。首先,提出了一种综合考虑不同完工时刻的客户满意度的计算方法。其次,设计了用于记录个体(问题的解)在算法更新过程中位置信息的学习路径表,提出一种基于学习路径表的能对解空间不同区域进行有效搜索的自调整操作方法。最后,通过仿真实验和算法比较验证了该混合教与学优化算法的有效性。A hybrid teaching-learning-based optimization(HTLBO) algorithm is proposed to solve the fuzzy flexible job shop scheduling problem whose optimization goal is to maximize the average agreement index. Firstly, a calculation method of agreement index that takes into account different completion times is proposed. Secondly, a table of learning paths is designed to record the location information of individuals(the solution of the problem) in the algorithm update process, and a self-adjusting operation based on the table of learning paths is proposed to search the solution space more effectively in different areas. Finally, the effectiveness of the HTLBO algorithm are verified by means of simulation experiments and algorithm comparisons.
