摘 要:以工艺品人像首模为研究对象,探讨其模型修复方法及3D打印过程的工艺问题,从模型前处理、打印过程以及后处理等方面展开,对模型错误修复、打印参数设置、工艺调整、打印后处理以及打印件与原模型进行对比分析,在最终的成型件中没有发现明显表面质量缺陷,研究结果对于塑像等首模修复及打印具有参考意义。The production of the first version of handicrafts is the basis of mass production. The emergence of 3 D printing technology greatly reduces the production period of the first model of handicrafts and increases the work efficiency. Among the numerous 3 D printing technologies, photo-curing molding is the most mature technology in this field and the most widely used commercialized technology. Handicraft portrait as the research object, this paper for the repair and the 3 D printing process, including pretreatment,3 D printing and post-processing, etc., to carry out repair, print the model parameter setting and adjustment, printing, post-processing,and printing with the original model of comparative study, found no quality defects on the surface of the printing, the results for the statue of the first mold repair and print has reference significance.
