摘  要:饲料是畜禽养殖的基础,饲料配方则是饲料生产的核心。玉米-豆粕型饲粮发挥了其历史积极作用,但随着社会经济的发展,其局限性也逐渐凸显。充分挖掘现有饲料资源、构建多元化饲料配方结构,实现玉米、豆粕减量替代成为行业发展的关键。在畜禽饲料配方多元化发展过程中,应利用氨基酸平衡原理降低饲粮蛋白质水平,提高氨基酸消化吸收效率;利用生物发酵技术,降低饲粮抗营养因子,改善饲料适口性;利用酶制剂和非营养添加剂等改善饲料消化利用效率。Feed is the basis of animal breeding,and feed formula is the core of feed production.Cornsoybean meal diet has played a positive role in history,but with the development of economy and society,its limitations have gradually become prominent.It has become the key to the development of feed industry to fully develop the existing feed resources,construct diversified feed formula structure and realize the reduction and replacement of corn and soybean meal.The key technologies for the diversified development of feed formula structures include applying the principle of amino acid balance to reduce the dietary protein level and improve the efficiency of amino acids digestion and absorption,using biological fermentation technology to reduce anti-nutritional factors and improve feed palatability,and using enzymes and non-nutritional additives to improve the feed digestion and utilization efficiency.
