摘 要:以三乙醇胺(TEA)为配位剂、沉淀剂和还原剂,FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O为单一铁源,采用水热法成功制备出了Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粉体。研究结果表明,当反应温度为180℃,反应时间约3h时,可制得高纯Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粉体平均粒径为10 nm左右,具有超顺次特性,其饱和磁化强度约为40 emu/g。同时,该超顺次Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粉体对水体中亚甲基蓝的吸附的动力学和热力学过程分别满足准二阶方程和Freundlich多层吸附模型。Magnetite(Fe_(3)O_(4))nanopowders were prepared by using FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O as iron raw materials with triethanolamine(TEA)as a coordination agent,reducing and precipitating agent.The effect of reaction temperature and time on the phase purity of the as-prepared products were studied,respectively.Results showed that the size of as-prepared Fe_(3)O_(4)with about 10 nm exhibited superparamagnetic magnetic properties with~40 emu/g saturation magnetization.The possible formation mechanism of Fe_(3)O_(4)nanopowders was discussed.The adsorption removal of methylene blue of the as-prepared Fe_(3)O_(4)were evaluated.The adsorption kinetics curves of the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics law of Fe_(3)O_(4)nanopowders for removing methylene blue at room temperature conformed to the quasi-second-order kinetic equation and the Freundlich model,respectively.
