桂枝及其配伍药的化学成分及生物活性研究进展

摘　　要：综述了以桂枝为主药的经方组分——桂枝的化学成分及药理活性研究进展。桂枝中主要含有挥发性油类、桂皮酸、香豆素类等主要化学成分,桂枝药材中含有较丰富的Mg、Al、Sr、Fe、Zn、Mn、B等元素。桂枝具有对中枢神经系统的镇静镇痛、调节体温作用及抗神经毒作用,同时具有抗过敏、增强免疫、抑菌、抗氧化、抗病毒、血管舒张及抗肿瘤等药理活性。This paper reviewed the research progress on the chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of the traditional prescription component of Ramulus cinnamomi.Ramulus cinnamomi mainly contains volatile oils,cinnamic acid,coumarins and other main chemical components.Ramulus cinnamomi medicinal materials are rich in Mg,Al,Sr,Fe,Zn,Mn,B and other elements.Ramulus cinnamomi has sedative and analgesic effects on the central nervous system,regulates body temperature and anti-neurotoxic effects.It also has anti-allergy,immune enhancement,bacteriostatic,anti-oxidation,anti-viral,vasodilator and anti-tumor pharmacological activities.
