摘  要:为了解近年来梨果实品质研究进展及未来发展趋势,以中国知网数据库(CNKI)为源,通过CiteSpace软件对收集的文献进行整理分析。结果表明,近年来发文数量虽略有波动但整体呈平稳趋势。以中国农业科学院果树研究所为代表的北方科研机构占据了梨果实品质研究的大部分内容。关键词出现词频较高的是“果实品质”“品质”“库尔勒香梨”“套袋”“产量”。近年来,研究热点主要集中在“库尔勒香梨”上;果实的采后储藏及品质变化是目前研究的主要内容;对玉露香梨果实品质的研究及采后生理将是未来的发展趋势。In order to understand the research progress and future development trends of pear fruit quality in recent years,the collected documents were sorted and analyzed through CiteSpace software using China National Knowledge Base(CNKI)as a source.The results showed that although the number of posts had fluctuated slightly in recent years,the overall trend was stable.Northern scientific research institutions represented by the Fruit Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences account for most of the research on pear fruit quality.The keywords with higher frequency were fruit quality,quality,Korla fragrant pear,bagging,yield.In recent years,research hotspots were mainly focused on Korla fragrant pears;the post-harvest storage and quality changes of the fruits were the main contents of current research;the research on the fruit quality and post-harvest physiology of Yulu fragrant pears would be the future development trend.
