硕通镜下钬激光碎石清石术治疗肾结石的清除效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨硕通镜下钬激光碎石清石术治疗肾结石的清除效果及安全性。方法选择2019年6月至2020年6月萍乡市人民医院收治的复杂性肾结石患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组行经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL),研究组行硕通镜下钬激光碎石清石术。比较两组患者围手术期指标、结石清除效果及并发症发生率。结果研究组手术时间及住院时间短于对照组,出血量低于对照组,结石清除率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾结石患者采用硕通镜下钬激光碎石清石术进行治疗,其效果更佳,清石率高、出血量少、手术所需时间短,且患者术后并发症发生率低,更利于术后恢复,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the effect and safety of holmium laser lithotripsy under Shuo Tong ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods A total of 80 patients with complex renal calculi admitted to Pingxiang People′s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL),and the study group underwent holmium laser lithotripsy under Shuo Tong ureteroscopy.Perioperative indicators,stone clearance effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the blood loss was lower than that of the control group,the stone clearance rate was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Renal calculi patients are treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under Shuo Tong ureteroscopy,which has better effect,high stone removal rate,less bleeding,short operation time,and low incidence of postoperative complications,which is more conducive to postoperative recovery is worthy of extensive clinical application.
