摘　　要：目的探讨改良体位在超(极)低出生体重儿经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉导管(PICC)置管中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年9月中山市博爱医院新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)收治的150例超(极)低出生体重儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(75例)和观察组(75例)。对照组给予传统体位PICC置管,观察组给予改良体位置管。观察比较两组的一次置管成功率、送管时间、导管总异位率和并发症总发生率。结果观察组的一次置管成功率高于对照组,导管总异位率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组的送管时间、并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良体位能降低超(极)低出生体重儿PICC置管的导管异位率,但不会延长送管时间,且不增加并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of modified posture in peripherally inserted central ccatheter(PICC)catheterization of ultra(extremely)low birth weight infants.Methods A total of 150 ultra(extremely)low birth weight infants admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit(NICU)in the Bo′ai Hospital of Zhongshan City from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(75 infants)and the observation group(75 infants)using random number table method.The control group was given traditional posture PICC catheterization,and the observation group was given modified posture catheterization.The one-time catheterization success rate,delivery time,the total catheter ectopic rate and the total incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The one-time catheterization success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total catheter ectopic rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).There were no statistical differences in the delivery time and the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified posture can reduce PICC catheter ectopic rate in ultra(extremely)low birth weight infants,but which will not extend delivery time and increase the incidence of complications.
