基于脑肠轴学说的太极云手对慢性疲劳综合征患者胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于脑肠轴学说的太极云手对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)患者胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年9月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的72例CFS患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)与实验组(36例),对照组采用常规治疗法,实验组在对照组基础上结合太极云手治疗。比较两组的生活质量、疲劳程度、Bristol大便性状及血浆中5-羟色胺(5-HT)、神经肽Y(NPY)、血清P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的变化。结果治疗后两组的生活质量评分高于治疗前,疲劳评分低于治疗前,且实验组的生活质量评分高于对照组,疲劳评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组大便性状优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组5-HT、NPY、SP、CGRP水平低于治疗前,且实验组5-HT、NPY、SP、CGRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论太极云手对CFS患者胃肠功能有较好的改善作用,效果优于单独应用常规疗法,且对5-HT、NPY、SP、CGRP具有调节作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Taiji Yunshou on gastrointestinal function of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)based on brain-gut axis theory.Methods A total of 72 CFS patients admitted to the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(36 cases)and experimental group(36 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Taiji Yunshou on the basis of the control group.The changes of quality of life,fatigue degree,Bristol stool traits,plasma 5-hydroxytryptophan(5-HT),neuropeptide Y(NPY),serum substance P(SP)and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the fatigue scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment and the fatigue score of the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the fatigue score was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the good rate of stool traits in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-HT,NPY,SP and CGRP in the two groups were lower than before,and the levels of 5-HT,NPY,SP and CGRP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taiji yunshou has a better effect on gastrointestinal function of CFS patients,which is better than conventional therapy alone,and has a regulatory effect on 5-HT,NPY,SP,CGRP.
