中医推拿结合曲度牵引治疗颈椎病伴有生理曲度异常的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究中医推拿结合曲度牵引治疗颈椎病伴有生理曲度异常的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院中医科收治的98例颈椎病伴有生理曲度异常患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。对照组患者采用中医推拿治疗,观察组患者采用中医推拿结合曲度牵引治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、颈椎曲度、临床症状积分。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的颈椎曲度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的颈椎曲度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的临床症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的临床症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的简明健康测量量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医推拿结合曲度牵引治疗颈椎病伴有生理曲度异常的临床疗效显著,可促进生理曲度异常情况及颈肩背疼痛、肌肉僵硬和头痛头晕症状改善。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of cervical spondylosis with abnormal physiological curvature by traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with curvature traction.Methods A total of 98 patients with cervical spondylosis with abnormal physiological curvature who were admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Iron and Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Provincial Health Industry Group from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 49 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with curvature traction.The clinical efficacy,cervical curvatures and clinical symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in cervical curvature between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the cervical curvature of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in clinical symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the succinct health measurement scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of cervical spondylosis with abnormal physiological curvature with traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with curvature traction treatment has a significant clinical effect,can promote the relief of the abnormal p
