摘　　要：目的构建精神科封闭式病房护理安全管理指标体系。方法通过文献回顾法、德尔菲法和层次分析法选择指标量化权重,完成精神科封闭式病房护理安全管理指标体系构建。结果构建由4项一级指标、10项二级指标和41项三级指标构成的综合指标体系。结论该指标体系有较高的可靠性,权重设置符合实际工作,但还需进一步修改和完善。Objective To construct the index system of nursing safety management in psychiatric closed ward.Methods By literature review method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,the index weights were selected to complete the construction of nursing safety management index system in psychiatric closed wards.Results A comprehensive index system was constructed consisting of 4 first-level indexes,10 second-level indexes and 41 third-level indexes.Conclusion The index system is highly reliable,and the weight setting is in line with actual work,but it needs further modification and improvement.
