摘　　要：目的总结静脉团队管理模式结合健康教育在肿瘤患者中心静脉导管(PICC)置管中的实施效果,并探究其价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年3月于江西省人民医院收治的PICC置管的94例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各47例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用静脉团队管理模式结合健康教育,比较两组患者的并发症、置管依从性、自护能力及健康知识掌握程度。结果研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的置管依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的自护能力评分及健康知识掌握程度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉团队管理模式结合健康教育在肿瘤患者PICC置管中的实施,可改善患者的置管依从性,并将并发症减少,值得推广。Objective To summarize the effect of intravenous team management model combined with health education in PICC catheterization of cancer patients,and to explore its value.Methods A total of 94 cancer patients who received peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)catheterization in the Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 47 patients in each group.The control group were given conventional nursing care,and the study group were given intravenous team management model combined with health education.The complications,catheterization compliance,self-care ability and health knowledge mastery were compared between the two groups.Results The total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The catheterization compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability and health knowledge mastery in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous team management model combined with health education can improve catheterization compliance and reduce complications in PICC catheterization of cancer patients.It is worthy of promotion.
