摘　　要：去泛素化是蛋白质翻译后修饰的重要形式之一,它影响了靶蛋白在细胞内的定位、稳定性和功能,以及相应的细胞周期、分化、凋亡调节、内吞、自噬和损伤后DNA修复等细胞生理活动。综合国内外有关去泛素化酶的研究文献进行分析和总结,重在阐述去泛素化酶的复杂功能。去泛素化酶可与多个靶蛋白相互作用,而细胞内多个其他蛋白又可以修饰或影响同一个去泛素化酶。去泛素化酶之间、去泛素化酶与靶蛋白之间、细胞内其他蛋白与去泛素化酶之间形成了一个复杂的相互作用网络。论文可以为去泛素化酶的功能研究提供参考。Deubiquitination is one of the important forms of post-translational modification of a protein that affects the intracellular localization,stability and function of target proteins,as well as regulation of cell cycle,differentiation,apoptosis,and other cellular activities of endocytosis,autophagy and DNA repair after damage.The research literature at home and abroad on deubiquitinase was analyzed and summarized.This study focuses on the complex functions of the deubiquitinases.Deubiquitinase can interact with multiple target proteins,and multiple other proteins in the cell can modify or affect the same deubiquitinase.A complex interaction network is formed among deubiquitinases,deubiquitinase and target proteins,other intracellular proteins and a certain deubiquitinase.This study provides a reference for the functional research of deubiquitinases.
