摘 要:为掌握西藏那曲地区牦牛呼吸道疾病综合征5种细菌病原的感染情况,对2018年—2019年采集的572份牦牛鼻拭子运用qPCR技术检测牛支原体(Mb)、多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pm)、溶血曼氏杆菌(Mh)、睡眠嗜组织菌(Hs)、化脓隐秘杆菌(Tp)5种病原。结果显示,Mb、Pm、Mh、Hs和Tp检出率分别为18.18%(104/572)、11.89%(68/572)、6.99%(40/572)、7.17%(41/572)和5.77%(33/572)。2019年6月Mb、Pm和Tp样品阳性率显著高于2018年11月样品;不同性别中5种病原阳性率差异不显著;不同年龄段中Mh组间阳性率差异显著;不同饲养模式下Mb、Pm、Mh和Tp组间阳性率差异显著。混合感染可以存在这5种病原之间,二重感染阳性率较高的为牛支原体/多杀性巴氏杆菌4.55%(26/572),三重感染阳性率较高的为牛支原体/多杀性巴氏杆菌/溶血曼氏杆菌1.57%(9/572),四重感染最高的为牛支原体/多杀性巴氏杆菌/溶血曼氏杆菌/睡眠嗜组织菌0.52%(3/572),且存在同时在一例样品中检出5种病原。结果表明,西藏那曲地区牛呼吸道疾病综合征细菌病原牛支原体和多杀性巴氏杆菌占优,且存在两种以上病原混合感染。The aim of this study is to investigate five pathogenic bacteria associated with bovine respiratory diseases complex(BRDC)in yak in Naqu of Tibet,which are Mycoplasma bovis(Mb),Pasteurella multocida(Pm),Mannheimia haemolytica(Mh),Histophillus somni(Hs)and Trueperella pyogenes(Tp).Five hundred and seventy-two yak nasal swabs were collected from 2018 to 2019 and were subjected to real-time polymerase chain reaction.The portion of yaks infected with Mb was the most(18.18%),followed by Pm(11.89%),Hs(6.99%),Mh(7.17%)and Tp(5.77%).The portion of yaks infected with Mb,Pm and Tp in June of 2019 was significantly higher than those in November of 2018.No significant differences were found in infections of the five pathogenic bacteria between genders,while the infection of Mh was related to ages.There were significant differences in infections of Mb,Pm,Mh and Tp in yaks in different feeding systems.Furthermore,4.55%of yaks were double infected with Mb and Pm,1.57%of yaks were triple infected with Mb,Pm and Mh,0.52%of yaks were quadruple infected with Mb,Pm,Mh and Hs.To be noted,all the five pathogenic bacteria were found in a single sample.In conclusion,Mb and Pm play prominent roles in BRDC in yak in Naqu of Tibet,and there is co-infection of more than two pathogenic bacteria.
