摘 要:目的研究将三酰甘油检测方法由一点终点法改为两点终点法,扩大三酰甘油在AU-5800全自动生化分析仪上测定的线性范围的可行性。方法选取2018年6~8月三酰甘油的血清检验标本45例,其中包括超出线性范围标本12例(稀释后得出真实结果)与未超出线性范围标本33例的检测结果作为对照组,测定点设定为0~1 min、0~2 min、0~3 min、0~4 min的45例标本的检测结果作为试验组。对45例标本分别进行测定,来选取三酰甘油检测时间的最佳测定终点。结果三酰甘油测定时间为0~1 min、0~2 min、0~3 min、0~4 min两点终点法时所得显著性水平分别为0.934、0.984、1.000、1.000;测定时间点为0~3 min和0~4 min组的两点终点法均值差的绝对值均小于0~1 min、和0~2 min组两点终点法;0~3 min、0~4 min组两点终点法所得显著性水平均高于0~1 min、0~2 min两点终点法;在显著性水平最高的2组中,0~3 min与0~4 min组显著性水平相同,但0~3 min组均值标准差绝对值低于0~4 min组,且检测线性范围可达22 mmol/L。结论将三酰甘油标本的测定终点提前到3 min时,得到的检测结果与真实结果无显著性差异,扩大三酰甘油在AU-5800全自动生化分析仪上测定的线性范围具有一定的可行性。Objective To investigate the feasibility of the detection method of serum triglyceride from one-point endpoint method to two-point endpoint method to enlarge the linear range of triglyceride determination in AU-5800 biochemical analyzer.Methods A total of 45 specimens of serum triglyceride that were detected in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2018 were collected,in which,12 specimens exceeding the linear range(true results after dilution)were enrolled as experimental group,33 specimens without exceeding linear range were enrolled as control group.The measurement points were set at 0~1min,0~2min,0~3min,0~4min,then the 45 specimens were determined,and the results were statistically analyzed to select the best determination endpoint for triglyceride detection.Results The significance levels were 0.934,0.984,1.000,1.000,respectively,detected by two-point endpoint method at 0~1min,0~2min,0~3min,0~4min.The absolute value of the mean difference at 0~3min group and 0~4min group was less than that at 0~1min group and e 0~2min group.The significance levels of 0~3min group and 0~4min group were higher than those at 0~1min group and 0~2min group detected by two-point endpoint method.In the two groups with the highest significant levels,the significance of 0~3min group was the same as that of 0~4min group,but the absolute value of mean standard deviation in 0~3min group was lower than that in 0~4min group,and the detection linear range could reach 22mmol/L.Conclusion When the end point of triglyceride specimens is advanced to 3min,there are no significant differences between the obtained results and the real results,and enlarging the linear range of triglycerides detected by AU-5800 fully automatic biochemical analyzer has certain feasibility.
