摘 要:目的探讨个体化饮食营养干预对肥胖患者减肥效果的影响。方法选择2017年6月至2018年12月体检并确诊为肥胖患者120例,根据干预措施不同分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者不实施个体化干预,只给予日常的健康宣教;观察组患者给予个体化饮食营养干预措施。2个月后评估2组患者的肥胖知识知晓率和高糖高脂摄入率。观察2组患者干预前后的体重(BW)、体重指数(BMI)、腰臂比(WHR)、内脏脂肪面积(VFA)、上臂围(AC)等体质参数的变化,及胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)生化指标的变化,评价干预效果。比较2组患者血压和血糖。结果观察组患者肥胖知识知晓率明显高于对照组,而高糖高脂摄入率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的BW、BMI、WHR、VFA、AC明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TC、TG、LDL血生化指标均明显低于观察组(P<0.05),而HDL明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组干预前后舒张压、收缩压、空腹血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论个体化饮食营养干预能够很好的控制肥胖患者的体重,降低BMI,对各项生化指标亦有积极地影响,促进患者健康,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To investigate the effects of individualized dietary nutrition intervention on weight loss in patients with obesity.Methods A total of 120 patients with obesity who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study,vwho were divided into control group and observation group according to different intervention measures.The patients in control group were given daily health education only,however,the patients in observation group were given individualized dietary nutrition intervention.After 2-month intervention,the knowing rate of obesity knowledge and intaking rate of high sugar and high fat were evaluated in both groups.Moreover the changes of BW,BMI,WHR,VFA and AC before and after intervention,and the changes of blood biochemical indexes including TC,TG,LDL and HDL were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the knowing rate of obesity knowledge in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,however,the intaking rate of high sugar and high fat was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The BW,BMI,WHR,VFA,AC as well as TC,TG,LDL before and after intervention in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the HDL levels were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and fasting blood glucose in control group before and after intervention(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized dietary nutrition intervention can control the weight of patients with obesity,reduce the body mass index,which has positively effects on the various biochemical indicators,so as to improve patient;s health,therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
