江苏省农药经营及监管问题思考

摘　　要：2017年起施行的《农药管理条例》明确规定我国农药经营实施许可制度。江苏省目前共有2万余家单位已获得农药经营许可证,其中,限制使用农药定点经营单位共680余家。农药经营许可制度的实施为农药经营行为的专业性和规范性都带来了积极影响,但在日常经营过程中,还存在一些问题亟待解决。本文介绍了江苏省农药经营许可及监管现状,分析了存在问题,并提出了改进建议。Since 2017,the Regulations on Pesticide Administration have stipulated the practice of pesticide business licensing system in China.Until now,more than 20000 companies in Jiangsu province have been licensed for pesticide business operation,including over 680 eligible for restricted pesticides business.While the practice of pesticide business license system has brought positive impact on the professional and standard operation of pesticide business,some issues faced by daily operation still exist.This paper introduced the current situation of the system and its supervision in Jiangsu Province,analyzed the problems and came up with suggestions for improvement.
