摘 要:文章采用《建筑外墙外保温系统的防火性能试验方法》(GB/T 29416-2012)对新型改性酚醛保温板系统和岩棉保温板系统的防火性能进行了对比研究,通过测试保温层内部温度表明,改性酚醛保温板系统燃烧室顶正上方1.2 m高度处内部温度为144.3℃,岩棉保温板系统燃烧室顶正上方1.2 m高度处内部温度为235.1℃;燃烧室顶正上方4.1 m高度处外部温度为462.4℃,岩棉保温板系统燃烧室顶正上方4.1 m高度处外部温度为422.7℃;燃烧室顶正上方4.1 m高度处内部温度为31.5℃,岩棉保温板系统燃烧室顶正上方4.1 m高度处内部温度为85.3℃.在采用《建筑外墙外保温系统的防火性能试验方法》(GB/T 29416-2012)同等火源功率下,两种保温系统的燃烧性能基本相当。In this paper,a comparative study was conducted on the combustion performance of new modified phenolic insulation system and rock wool insulation system by means of test Methods for Fire Performance of Building External Wall Thermal Insulation System(GB/T 29416-2012).The test of the internal temperature of the insulation layer shows that the internal temperature of the modified phenolic insulation board system 1.2 meters above the top of the combustion chamber is 144.3℃,and that of the rock wool insulation board system 1.2 meters above the top of the combustion chamber is 235.1℃.The test of the external temperature of the insulation layer shows that the internal temperature of the modified phenolic insulation board system 4.1 meters above the top of the combustion chamber is 462.4℃,and that of the rock wool insulation board system 4.1 meters above the top of the combustion chamber is 422.7℃.The test of the internal temperature of the insulation layer shows that the internal temperature of the modified phenolic insulation board system 4.1 meters above the top of the combustion chamber is 31.5℃,and that of the rock wool insulation board system 4.1 meters above the top of the combustion chamber is 85.3℃.Under the same fire power(GB/T 29416-2012),the combustion performance of the two thermal insulation systems is basically equivalent.
