摘　　要：文章介绍了国内外厨房设备食用油引发火灾的几率及火灾对人们生产生活影响和危害,概述了细水雾技术的发展历程,介绍了厨房设备火灾特点及细水雾灭火机理,阐述了厨房设备细水雾灭火技术的特点及具有良好的技术优势,是清洁、无毒、无污染高效的灭火技术,具有良好的应用和推广价值。This paper begins with an introduction of fire accidents ratios caused by oils and facilities in kitchens at home and abroad,then discusses the impacts of these fires to people’s life and production,gives a brief introduction to the development process of water mist system,points out the characteristics of kitchen fires.In the end,it elaborates the principles,features and technological advantages of kitchen water mist systems,which are known as a clean,nontoxic,pollution-free and effective extinguishing technology with better future and extensive application values.
