高层建筑消防防火排烟的设计对策

摘　　要：高层建筑在发生火灾时,其消防防火排烟设计直接影响建筑物内的人身财产安全和消防救援工作的有序开展,因此要提升对防火排烟设计的重视程度,不断提升防火排烟设计的合理性。文章首先分析了高层建筑消防安全事故特点以及防火排烟设计标准,然后重点探讨了高层建筑消防防火排烟设计中存在的不足以及相应的对策。The fire protection and smoke management systems serve as an important part in the high-rise building fires to protect people’s life and property security from dangers,as well as saving times for fire fighters to carry out extinguishing actions.Therefore,it is essential to pay more attention to fire prevention and smoke extraction systems,and improve their rationality.This paper,on the basis of the relevant design standards,makes an analysis on the accident features of high-rise building fires,and shed a light on the existing defects in current design of these systems,thus to provide countermeasures to solve these problems.
