摘　　要：大风天稻田地火灾波及范围广,过火面积有时达数十平方公里,加上烧荒部位多,容易形成多个火场相互重叠,且涉及当事人多,获取证据难,干扰因素多,认定原因困难。文章结合工作经验从取证要点、现场勘验两个方面理清调查思路,为调查认定工作提供参考。Rice field fires affect a wide range of area in windy days,sometimes up to tens of square kilometers,easy to form multiple fires overlapping each other.The fires involve many parties and with too many interfering factors it is very difficult to obtain evidences and identify the causes.This paper combines the work experience from two aspects,the forensic points and site inspection,to clarify the investigation ideas and provide reference for the investigation.
