基于Web of Science的母乳喂养护理随机对照试验的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:分析母乳喂养相关随机对照试验,为母乳喂养相关指南的制定提供参考。方法:检索Web of Science中母乳喂养相关的随机对照试验,检索时间为建库至2020年7月2日。采用CiteSpace、BICOMB、Ucinet等软件对发文量、作者、机构、关键词、研究热点等进行分析。结果:最终纳入1595篇文献。母乳喂养相关随机对照试验的发文量逐年上升;研究主要集中于美国和澳大利亚;被引用次数最多的作者是Markrides M;被引频次最高的期刊为Pediatrics;研究热点集中在预防过敏、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、补充营养、疼痛、维生素D、早产儿等;维生素、肠道菌群、特护病房、早产儿是未来的研究方向。结论:近年来关于母乳喂养的文献量呈上升趋势,未来可以在维生素、肠道菌群、特护病房、早产儿等方面开展高质量研究,以期促进母乳喂养。Objective:To analyze the randomized controlled trials of breastfeeding,in order to provide references for the development of breastfeeding guidelines.Methods:RCTs related to breastfeeding were retrieved from the Web of Science.The search time was from database establishment to July 2,2020.And then,the number of published articles,authors,institutions,keywords and research hotspots of included articles were analyzed using CiteSpace,BICOMB,Ucinet and so on.Results:Totally 1595 RCTs were included.The number of papers studies on breastfeeding was increasing gradually.Researches were focused on the United States and Australia.The most cited author was Markrides M.The journal with the highest citation frequency was Pediatrics.The research focused on the prevention of allergy,docosahexaenoic acid(DHA),human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),extra⁃nutrition,pain,vitamin D,protein infant and so on.Vitamins,intestinal flora,intensive care units and premature babies were the future research directions.Conclusion:The number of papers on breastfeeding had been on the rise in recent years.In the future,high quality of research on vitamins,intestinal flora,intensive care units,premature infants and other aspects could be carried out to promote breastfeeding.
