摘　　要：目的:建立危重新生儿数据管理平台,对转运至我院救治的危重新生儿纳入全程数据管理。方法:通过检索国内外文献,结合我院医联体及产儿联盟对危重新生儿救治情况编制问卷(问卷分为产科版及儿科版),并对围产及新生儿医护专家进行访谈后确定数据库收集内容。结果:2轮咨询问卷回收率分别为产科版100.00%和82.35%,新生儿版100.00%和86.27%。产科版和新生儿版的2轮咨询的权威系数分别为0.77,0.81和0.81,0.88。经过2轮专家咨询后最终形成区域内危重新生儿数据库方案,共包括传运信息、围产相关信息、患儿信息、出院随访四大部分。结论:构建的危重新生儿数据库涉及的指标内容全面、实用,数据库可作为危重新生儿诊疗护理质量评价工具。Objective:To establish a data management platform for critical newborns,and to integrate neonates who were transported to our hospital into the whole process.Methods:Through searching domestic and foreign literatures and combining with treatment experience of critically ill newborns by medical association and neonatal union in our hospital,the questionnaire was formed.The questionnaire was divided into obstetric version and pediatric version,and the contents of the database were determined after interviewing with the perinatal experts and neonatal health care experts.Results:Two rounds of questionnaires recovery rates were 100.00%and 82.35%for obstetric version,100.00%and 86.27%for newborn version.Authority coefficient was 0.77,0.81 and 0.81,0.88.After two rounds of expert consultation,the regional database of critically ill newborns was finally formed,including four parts,which were transfer information,perinatal related information,illchild information and discharge follow⁃up.Conclusions:The constructed database of critically ill newborns was comprehensive and practical,which can be used as an objective and quantitative tool to evaluate the quality of diagnosis and care of critically ill newborns.
