摘  要:本文重点面向液压设备需要大输出力以及管道连接在高压工况下易发生泄漏、崩裂等安全问题,提供一种性能稳定、安全可靠、结构合理紧凑的复合式内增压油缸结构。其特点为低压输入,通过内增压结构转换为超高压输出,使液压油缸执行力更强劲。通过对这一油缸结构的研究与运用,为用户提供一种最佳的快进与回程的超高内增压大压力输出集成复合式液压油缸总成。It is focused to solve the safety problems of hydraulic equipment requiring large output and pipeline connections which are prone to leakage and cracking under high pressure conditions in the text,so as to provide a composite internal pressurized hydraulic cylinder reasonable and compact structure with stable performance and safety&reliability.It is characterized by low-pressure input converted into ultra-high-pressure output through the internal pressurized structure,which makes the hydraulic cylinder more powerful.Through the research and application of this cylinder structure,the best integrated compound hydraulic cylinder assembly with fast forward and return ultra-high internal pressurized high pressure output has been provided to the user.
