摘 要:本文通过建立整体式转向梯形机构简化的平面数学模型,推导出理想情况和实际情况下的内外转向轮转角之间的函数关系。以MATLAB软件为主要优化工具,建立目标函数,确定约束条件,运用MATLAB优化工具箱中的fmincon函数计算出某型地面保障设备最适合的转向梯形机构的结构参数,并与优化前的转向梯形机构进行对比,确定本文所述方法能够有效的对整体式转向梯形机构进行优化。The simplified plane mathematical model of the integral steering trapezoidal mechanism has been established in the text,while the functional relationship between the inner and outer steering wheel angles in the ideal situation and the actual situation has been derived.Taking the MATLAB software as the main optimization tool,the objective function has been established and the constraint conditions have been determined.The fmincon function in the MATLAB optimization toolbox has been used to calculate the most suitable structural parameters of the steering trapezoidal mechanism for a certain type of ground support equipment.By comparing with steering trapezoidal mechanism before optimization,it is determined that the method described in the text can effectively optimize the integral steering trapezoidal mechanism.
