摘  要:激光切割机Z轴部件作为激光切割机的重要组成部分,对切割机的切割精度与切割效率有着重要的影响。本文利用有限元软件对该部件进行模态分析以及静态结构分析,并结合工程经验提出多种优化方案,再进行方案比对分析,最终确定性能提升较大的优化方案。本文提出的结构优化方案对激光切割机横梁的优化与改进具有实际指导意义。As an important part of the laser cutting machine,the Z-axis component of the laser cutting machine has an important influence on the cutting accuracy and cutting efficiency of the cutting machine.In the text,finite element software has been used to perform modal analysis and static structure analysis on the part.In combination with engineering experience,a variety of optimization schemes have been proposed,and then the scheme comparison and analysis have been carried out to finally determine the optimization scheme with greater performance improvement.The structural optimization scheme proposed in the text has practical guiding significance for the optimization and improvement of the beam of the laser cutting machine.
