摘 要:重型卧式铝挤压机装机功率大、运行能耗高,节能需求迫切。压机油泵与电机组合电能消耗在总电能消耗中占比较高,结合压机长时间高压小流量、短时间低压大流量工况,开发压机变频节能控制系统,该系统由变频器、变频电机、变量泵及阀控器等主要硬件组成,通过三种工作模式定义,合理的控制逻辑和模式转换条件,以及电机频率与泵偏角匹配等,提高了系统工艺适用性。应用实践表明,压机变频节能控制系统运行稳定,节能效果显著,具有推广应用价值。The heavy-duty horizontal aluminum extrusion press has large installed power and high operating energy consumption,which has an urgent need for energy saving.The combined electric energy consumption of the press oil pump and the motor accounts for a relatively high proportion of the total electric energy consumption.In combination with long-term high-pressure and small-flow as well as short-time low-pressure and large-flow condition,the frequency conversion energy-saving control system of the press has been developed.The system is composed of the main hardware components including frequency converter,frequency conversion motor,variable pump and valve controller.By use of three working modes definition,reasonable control logic and mode conversion conditions,in combination with matching of motor frequency and pump deflection angle,the applicability of the system process has been improved.The application practice shows that the frequency conversion energy-saving control system of the press runs stably and has significant energy-saving effects,which has the value of popularization and application.
