摘　　要：在大部分的机床设备中,多圈绝对值编码器有着广泛应用,编码器记录的旋转圈数是从零到最大转数,借助编码器,可以方便记录某个部件旋转角度或移动距离等。在实际使用编码器过程中,经常遇到编码器旋转圈数过零的问题,避免编码器旋转过零往往需要人工调整圈数,给工作带来不便。本文着重讲述如何避免编码器旋转过零的方法。In most machine tools,multi-turn absolute encoders have a wide range of applications.The number of rotations recorded by the encoder is from zero to the maximum number of revolutions.With the help of the encoder,the rotation angle or moving distance can be easily recorded.In the actual use of the encoder,the problem of the encoder rotating zero crossing has been often encountered.In order to avoid the encoder rotating zero crossing,the manual adjustment of the number of turns is often necessary,which brings inconvenience to work.The way to avoid zero-crossing of encoder rotation has been mainly discussed in the text.
