摘  要:为研究澳洲白与湖羊杂交一代(AHF_(1))、杜泊与湖羊杂交一代(DHF_(1))公羔4、6月龄的肉用性能及品质,该试验以澳洲白♂×湖羊♀(AH)、杜泊♂×湖羊♀(DH)和湖羊♂×湖羊♀(HH)选配方案分为3组,对每组25只经产母羊所产公羔直线育肥,在4、6月龄每组随机抽取相同数量公羔屠宰,测定屠宰性能和胴体品质。结果表明:0~4月龄公羔AHF_(1)、DHF_(1)比HH日增重分别高58.73 g和60.55 g,4月龄体重分别高7.91 kg(P<0.01)、7.83 kg(P<0.01),净肉率分别高0.21%(P>0.05)和3.89%(P<0.01),眼肌面积大3.37 cm^(2)(P<0.01)和4.05 cm^(2)(P<0.01),骨肉比分别高4.58%和27.48%,GR值分别高0.82 mm(P>0.05)和4.92 mm(P<0.01);6月龄AHF_(1)、DHF_(1)与HH相比,净肉率极显著提高(P<0.01),骨肉比分别高16.27%和24.00%,眼肌面积分别大1.24 cm^(2)(P<0.05)和2.62 cm^(2)(P<0.01),AHF_(1)、DHF_(1)之间基本接近。因此,用澳洲白、杜泊绵羊经济杂交湖羊可显著改善后代公羔的育肥、屠宰性能和胴体品质;4月龄DHF_(1)公羔屠宰性能优于AHF_(1)、HH;6月龄AHF_(1)、DHF_(1)公羔屠宰性能相当,但极显著好于HH(P<0.01),基于甘肃肉羊市场,DHF_(1)、AHF_(1)适宜屠宰年龄为4.0~4.5月龄、体重达到35 kg左右。The purpose of this study was to determine the meat performance and quality of AH and DH F_(1) generation male lambs at 4 and 6 months old.The crossbreeding combinations of Australian White(♂)×Hu sheep(♀)group named AH,Dorper sheep(♂)×Hu sheep(♀)group named AH and Hu sheep(♂)×Hu sheep(♀)group named HH were divided into three groups.The male lambs delivered by 25 multiparous ewes in each group were fattened straightly,and the fattening performance was measured.At the age of 4 and 6 months,the same number of male lambs were randomly selected from each group for slaughter,and the slaughter performance and carcass quality were measured.The results showed that compared the AH and DH groups with HH group at the age of 4 months,the average daily gain of F_(1) male lambs in AH and DH groups increased by 58.73 g and 60.55 g;the body weight increased by 7.91 kg(P<0.01)and 7.83 kg(P<0.01);the net meat percentage increased by 0.21%(P>0.05)and 3.89%(P<0.01);the eye muscle area increased by 3.37cm^(2)(P<0.01)and 4.05 cm^(2)(P<0.01);the bone-meat ratio by 4.58%and 27.48%;the GR value increased by 0.82 mm(P>0.05)and 4.92 mm(P<0.01).Compared AH and DH groups with HH group at the age of 6 months,the net meat percentage of F_(1) male lambs in AH and DH groups was significantly higher;the bone-meat ratio increased by 16.27%and 24.00%;the eye muscle area increased by 1.24 cm^(2)(P<0.05)and 2.62 cm^(2)(P<0.01),the data of AH and DH were basically similar.The above data showed that the fattening effect,slaughter performance and carcass quality of F_(1) male lambs could be significantly improved by economic crossbreeding of Australian White and Dorper sheep compared with Hu sheep.At the age of 4 months,the slaughtering perfrmance of F_(1) male lambs in DH was better than that in AH and HH.At the age of 6 months,the slaughter performance of F_(1) male lambs from AH and DH was similar,but significantly better than HH.Based on the market of Gansu Province,the suitable slaughtering age of F_(1) generation for DH and AH is 4.0
