摘  要:某乙烯装置脱甲烷塔再沸器壳程入口接管发生开裂造成失效,通过宏观检查、光谱分析、硬度分析、力学性能分析、金相分析、扫描电镜分析及晶间腐蚀试验等方法对其开裂原因进行了表征和研究。结果表明,补强管和法兰失效部位符合晶间腐蚀开裂特征,化学成分不合格且存在晶粒粗大等原始缺陷是导致管开裂的根本原因。补强管和法兰在制造过程中也没有进行充分的锻造加工及最终固溶处理。失效也与开裂部位所处酸性介质环境有关。所以,加强制造再沸器所需金属材料的入厂检验、改进容器制造焊接工艺、在容器使用中尽可能避免腐蚀环境和介质,才能杜绝此类情况再次发生。此外,装置技术人员应当重视个性化检测内容,提高设备管理方式与执行方法。The shell side inlet nozzle of demethanizer reboiler in an ethylene plant cracked and failed.The cracking causes were characterized and studied by means of macro inspection,spectral analysis,hardness analysis,mechanical property analysis,metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscope analysis and intergranular corrosion test.The results show that the failure parts of the reinforced pipe and flange accord with the characteristics of intergranular corrosion cracking.The root cause of pipe cracking is the unqualif ied chemical composition and the existence of original defects such as coarse grains.The reinforcing pipe and flange were not fully forged and f inally solution treated in the manufacturing process.The failure is also related to the acid medium environment of the cracked part.Therefore,strengthen the incoming inspection of metal materials required for the manufacture of reboiler,improve vessel manufacturing and welding process,avoid corrosive environment and medium as much as possible in the use of containers,so as to prevent such situations from happening again.In addition,device technicians should pay attention to personalized detection contents and improve equipment management methods and execution methods.
