摘　　要：如果聚乙烯装置能够在长时期的运行过程之中比较稳定,那么一定是离不开挤压造粒机的高效、可靠运行,这是十分关键的,其中的环节是不能出现一丁点问题的。文章主要介绍了挤压造粒机在聚乙烯生产过程中的应用实际情况,对其中运行存在的问题进行了深入的研究和剖析,力求寻找出最有效的解决方法。If the polyethylene device can be stable in the long-term operation process,it must be inseparable from the eff icient and reliable operation of the extrusion granulator,which is very critical,we can’t have any problems with any of them.This paper mainly introduces the practical application of the extrusion granulator in the production process of polyethylene,and makes a thorough study and analysis of the problems existing in the operation,in order to f ind the most effective solution.
