摘  要:通过对气流床干煤粉气化炉激冷室液位计失准问题进行分析研究,并对其进行优化:将液位计冲洗水由气化灰水改为脱盐水;将液位计冲扫气由高压氮气改为高压二氧化碳;对液位计内部结构进行优化,增加吹扫气防护罩。解决了因激冷室液位计失准,造成出气化炉粗合成气向后系统大量带灰,磨损、堵塞管道设备以及出气化炉粗合成气超温等一系列问题,延长了气化炉运行周期,提高了经济效益。The inaccuracy of liquid level gauge in quench chamber of entrained flow bed dry pulverized coal gasif ier is analyzed and studied,and its optimization is carried out,the flushing water of liquid level gauge is changed from gasif ication ash water to demineralized water.Change the purge gas of liquid level gauge from high-pressure nitrogen to high-pressure carbon dioxide.Optimize the internal structure of the level gauge and add a purge gas protective cover.It solves a series of problems such as a large amount of ash in the back system of the crude syngas from the gasif ier,wear,blockage of pipeline equipment and overtemperature of the crude syngas from the gasif ier due to the misalignment of the liquid level gauge in the quench chamber,prolongs the operation cycle of the gasif ier and improves the economic benef it.
